Guided Visits and Guided Visits + Studio
Thank you for your interest in booking an in-person Guided Visit. Please review the following program information and policies before submitting a program request.

Tour Dates: All programs will be offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays. In-person Guided Visits are available at 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Requests for lessons outside these hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Guided Visits + Studio Lessons will be available starting in August.

Policies:
- We require requests for Guided Visits be made four weeks in advance of your preferred date.
- Classroom teachers must have one adult chaperone per 20 students for in-person Guided Visits.
- Please note, face coverings are recommended during Education programs at the Whitney.
Group Size: For In-Person Guided Visits, we can accommodate up to 40 students. We can welcome up to 30 students for Guided Visits + Studio. School groups that exceed capacity will be required to schedule multiple timeslots.
